I started building Cinxe about two and a half months ago and have been working on it full-time ever since. Before starting Cinxe, I was a content creator and small streamer whose channel was beginning to gain traction. When the idea for Cinxe came to me, I decided to put streaming on hold and dedicate myself completely to building the product. Throughout this journey, I have actively reached out to other founders and entrepreneurs for advice and feedback. Some conversations led to potential co-founder discussions, while others became valuable learning experiences that helped shape my thinking about product development, fundraising, user validation, and startup execution. Those interactions have played an important role in helping me grow as a founder. Since then, I have built the platform myself and focused on shipping quickly. The MVP is functional, and my current priority is getting it into users' hands, collecting feedback, and validating demand. Once launched, I plan to leverage my content creation background to share the journey publicly, build a community around Cinxe, and continue improving the product based on real user needs. For applications like YC, the phrase "I actively sought advice from experienced founders and learned from their feedback" often reads stronger than simply saying you approached co-founders, because it highlights learning and execution rather than just networking.
