BYOK or AI included in the plan: which would you pick for your inbox?

Tomorrow I'm launching Cicada: one inbox for your personal Telegram, Telegram bots, email and website chat, with AI agents that reply in all of them

While building it I kept getting stuck on one question: how should AI be priced?

A) AI credits included in the plan. Simple, but you pay whatever the platform puts on top of the tokens

B) Bring your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter and others) You pay the provider directly, the platform charges only for the software

Cicada offers both: plans with AI credits, and BYOK plans

Which would you choose for a small team? And for an agency with 10 clients?
