I worked in one of the most advanced R&D centers and didn't realize that getting patents was a very expensive and involving process. I didn't understand that getting patents was a privilege and filtered out people with great ideas from lower economic segments. It just bothered me to know that all the patents I have filed for as an employee would've have been unattainable if I was an independent inventor. As I researched more and engaged with the independent inventor community I realized broader and deeper problems with the patent industry. As an innovation consultant for that last 12 years, I know how valuable it is to include everyone's voices in the process to create a better solution. I am on a mission to lower the financial barrier by introducing AI at as many levels as possible to reduce expensive $500/hr manual legal fees and processes related to low level tasks.

Now if only we could get the cost down on patents. It's very prohibitive that a patent costs $100k+++ to file. Even more to file it the most important international markets.

@eonpilot - did you mean 100k or 10k? I am assuming you are using USD. Our extensive research indicates that it is possible to get a patent for 10k lowest which requires a lot of work on who ever is filing, or 20k if you just give an attorney to take care of it in one jurisdiction and 40k if you are trying to file in multiple jurisdictions. We think with our tech we can bring the 10k no. to 5k where the attorney needs to just edit and write the claims. (ALL US DATA)

@nipunkumar 100k. in Norway at least. 25k just to get started etc. And a lot of cost to keep it alive in the future etc. Might be different in the US market.
