What would make Checkpoint Zero useful enough for indie developers to actually use?
We’re building Checkpoint Zero as a social platform for indie game developers and gamers — focused on living game pages, devlogs, wishlists, reviews, studios, and game discovery.
The main problem we’re trying to solve is that indie game updates are often scattered across Steam, itch.io, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, and social media. We want to give each game a central place where players can follow its journey over time.
Would love feedback from the Product Hunt community:
If you’re an indie developer, what would make you publish your game on a platform like this?
If you’re a gamer, what would make you follow an indie game before launch?
What features would make Checkpoint Zero genuinely useful instead of “just another game listing site”?
Open to honest feedback, feature suggestions, and criticism.
