I’m the solo maker behind ChatterEase.
The idea came from a problem I had with my own products: I kept answering the same customer questions again and again.
I looked at existing support tools, but many felt too expensive or complicated for a small startup like drift, chatbase, Intercome etc. I didn’t want to pay hundreds of dollars a month just to automate repetitive support.
So I built what I wanted to use myself - ChatterEase.
