Chatsell - AI sales agents and CRM built for WhatsApp

by•
Chatsell is an Argentine conversational AI and CRM platform for businesses that sell and support customers through WhatsApp. AI agents use live business data to answer questions, quote, schedule, collect payments, follow up and hand conversations to human teams with context. The platform includes CRM pipelines, campaigns, analytics and integrations with commerce platforms, ERPs, spreadsheets, calendars and custom systems.

Hi Product Hunt — I’m Matias, maker of Chatsell. We built Chatsell for teams whose sales and customer service already happen on WhatsApp but whose context is scattered across chats, spreadsheets, ecommerce platforms and internal systems. Chatsell combines AI agents with a CRM so businesses can answer with their own live data, follow up, and hand a conversation to a person without losing context. We are launching from Córdoba, Argentina, and have focused the product on the operational reality of Spanish-speaking businesses. I would especially value feedback on onboarding, the human handoff and the way we explain the difference between a generic chatbot and an agent connected to business data.

whatsapp buyers convert because of the human trust not automated reps, merchants rarely lose sales to slow replies. Plus the real mess is manually copying the delivery adress and payment screenshots into the logistics tools after the customer already said yes)

That’s a fair point, Konstantin. Chatsell doesn’t replace the trust of a human seller: it handles repetitive questions and brings the team in with context when judgment matters. It also captures delivery details and sends structured data to logistics or payment workflows, avoiding manual copying.

If reliably extracts unstructured address and payment screenshot straight to logistics tools. Solves real operational botleneck.

Exactly — that is the operational bottleneck we target. Chatsell captures delivery data, structures it and sends it to logistics or payment integrations. For payment screenshots, it can route the image and conversation context to the configured workflow or a human review step.

Receipt OCR and address parsing without constant human review makes this far more useful than generic chatbot. If it actally works.
