Uploaded a couple of PDFs and an FAQ sheet, had a working bot on my site in about 8 minutes. The tone customization actually sticks, which surprised me compared to other tools I've tested.

How does the self-learning actually work in practice, like does it pick up new answers from the conversations it has with customers or only from the documents I upload?

Uploaded a few of our FAQ pages and a spreadsheet, and the bot picked up our return policy surprisingly well right away. The tone settings are a nice touch too.
