We built ChatAgentLy for small businesses that answer the same questions every day: what's in this dish, are you open Sunday, do you take my insurance, can I book for Saturday.

Most chatbots I tried had the same problem: when they didn't know, they guessed. A guessed allergen or return window isn't a minor bug, it's a lost customer. So ChatAgentLy works differently:

  • It only answers from what you give it. Upload your menu, FAQ, policies or web pages, and every reply cites its source.

  • It says "I don't know" instead of inventing. It offers to take the visitor's details for a callback, and the unanswered question shows up in your dashboard so you know what to write next.
