CertiLayer - Tell bots from humans without collecting any personal data

by•
CertiLayer detects bots and fraud by analyzing how users naturally move, type, and tap. It uses passive behavioral signals only: no CAPTCHAs, no cookies, no PII. A lightweight SDK scores every session in real time with a Human Confidence Score, so you stop bots and account takeover without adding friction for real users. Built in Rust for low latency, with ML models trained on behavioral embeddings.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Youssef, the solo founder behind CertiLayer. I built CertiLayer because most bot defenses make real users pay the price: CAPTCHAs, invasive fingerprinting, or heavy data collection. Bots are getting good at beating all three. CertiLayer takes a different approach. It reads passive behavioral signals (mouse movement, typing rhythm, touch patterns) and returns a Human Confidence Score for each session. It collects no personal data and adds no friction. The stack is Rust (Axum) on the backend for speed, with Python ML models (PyTorch, XGBoost) for scoring, and a drop-in SDK for the frontend. I'd love your feedback: What are you using today to stop bots on login, signup, or checkout? What would make you trust a behavioral approach over CAPTCHAs? Happy to answer anything about the tech or the privacy design!
