CentryAI v1.0.4 โ catches YouTube memberships, price increases & tells you when you're overpaying ๐ก
Ever tapped "Join" on a favorite creator's channel? Those $4.99 memberships are subscriptions too โ and the easiest ones to forget you're paying.
What's new in v1.0.4, rolling out this week:
๐ฌ YouTube, done properly. Channel memberships (Linus Tech Tips, penguinz0, whoever you support) and YouTube Premium receipts are now caught straight from your Gmail โ labeled clearly so they never get confused with YouTube itself. Even memberships you joined years ago: YouTube emails you exactly once when you join, so CentryAI looks back 3 years for those. No bank linking, ever.

๐ Price increases, handled honestly. When YouTube announced a price change, CentryAI didn't just overwrite the price โ it scheduled it: "$16.99 โ $18.99 ยท Aug 12" right on the subscription. Your spending stays accurate until the new price actually kicks in.

๐ก It tells you when you're overpaying. See that orange tip below? Paying $18.99/mo for YouTube Premium through Apple, when the same plan is $13.99 on youtube.com โ that's $60/year back, spotted automatically from the price-change email itself.

๐งฎ Smarter totals. Free trials don't inflate your monthly spend until they actually convert, and cancelled subscriptions stop nagging you in reminders while staying in your history.
The iOS update is in App Store review now; Android follows right after.
If you've ever been surprised by a "your price is increasing" email you never read โ this one's for you.
Next up: longer inbox lookback (your most-requested from launch week) and multi-account email import.

The scheduled price increase feature is a nice touch. Most apps instantly replace the old price, but showing when it changes makes much more sense.

I really like the overpaying suggestion. So many people subscribe through Apple without realizing there's a cheaper direct option. Saving users money automatically is a feature that actually matters.

The fact that it works without connecting a bank account is honestly what caught my attention. Gmail receipts are enough for most subscriptions, and it feels much more privacy friendly.

This keeps getting better with every update. Multi account email import sounds like it'll be a huge improvement too. Looking forward to that feature.
