Hey PH! Ivan here, co-founder of CellType (YC W26). At CellType, we build foundation models trained on real experimental data — gene regulation, cellular response, drug mechanisms. We also use dozens of public tools every day (RDKit, ChEMBL, AlphaFold, PubMed). We needed a way to orchestrate all of it from a single prompt. celltype-cli orchestrates 100+ public research tools into a single CLI. A general-purpose coding agent doesn't know how to interpret a bioactivity profile, assess target safety liabilities, or reason about pathway conservation. celltype-cli does.
