Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Owen, the founder of CaseSight.
CaseSight started from a simple observation: most litigation firms track case volume and settlements, but very few have clear visibility into which cases are actually profitable once litigation costs, attorney time, and risk are considered.
Litigation firms often manage dozens or hundreds of cases at once, yet many important decisions—like which cases to pursue, settle earlier, or invest more resources into—are still based mostly on intuition and experience rather than data. That works to a degree, but it can also lead to hidden profit leakage and unexpected financial risk across a firm’s case portfolio.
I started building CaseSight to help change that.
CaseSight is a case intelligence platform designed to help litigation firms analyze case profitability, identify financial risk earlier, and understand which types of cases actually drive long-term firm performance. The goal isn’t to replace case management systems—it’s to give firms a clearer analytical layer on top of their case data so they can make better strategic decisions.
Right now we’re working with a small group of firms in beta to refine the platform based on real feedback from attorneys and legal operations teams. Their insights have already helped shape how the product analyzes profitability patterns, surfaces potential risks, and highlights where profit leakage may be occurring.
If you’re a litigation attorney, work with law firms, or are interested in legal tech, I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback.
Happy to answer any questions about the product, the problem space, or what we’re building next.
Thanks for checking out CaseSight! 🚀
