Digital business cards: saved in contacts or in Apple/Google Wallet?

by•

We are building CardUx, a digital business card, and one thing keeps coming up: people save a card, then never message the person again. Contacts get buried.

So we're testing a different approach. The card lives in the customer's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, where they see it daily, with a direct WhatsApp button and a "Book a Meeting" button on the card itself. There's also analytics, QR and NFC sharing.

I'd love honest feedback:

When did you last go back to a card you'd saved?

Would you rather book a call from a card, or message first?

What would make you actually switch from a paper card?

Happy to answer any questions about how it works.
