We are building CardUx, a digital business card, and one thing keeps coming up: people save a card, then never message the person again. Contacts get buried.
So we're testing a different approach. The card lives in the customer's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, where they see it daily, with a direct WhatsApp button and a "Book a Meeting" button on the card itself. There's also analytics, QR and NFC sharing.
What do you do with the contacts you collect at events or meetings? We added lead capture and email follow-ups to CardUx so you don't have to copy details into your inbox by hand. I'd like to hear how you currently follow up, and what's most annoying about it.
CardUx turns your contact details into a digital business card you share with a tap or a link. Change a phone number or job title once and the card is up to date for everyone, so there is nothing to reprint.
