Hi everyone, I’m Koushik
I’ve been working on Calx for the past 8 months, but the idea started much earlier.
When I first started lifting weights about three years ago, I remember how difficult it felt to even know where to begin. I didn’t understand workouts, nutrition, or how to structure my training. I considered getting a personal trainer, but the cost was sometimes more than my monthly gym membership — with sessions in the US often starting around $50 and going up to $500 or more.
And I kept thinking: fitness shouldn’t feel this complicated or this expensive.
That thought stayed with me.
So I started building Calx — an AI fitness coach with health intelligence designed to understand you, your goals, your progress, and your body, and guide you throughout your fitness journey.
The goal is simple:
Give everyone access to a personal fitness coach, without the cost of a traditional personal trainer.
Calx starts at just $5, because I want fitness guidance to be accessible to people regardless of where they live or how much they can spend.
This is something I’ve spent the last 8 months building, learning, breaking, rebuilding, and believing in.
Today, I’m finally putting it out into the world. ❤️
the app will soon on play store and app store
If you have a minute, I’d genuinely love for you to try Calx and tell me what you think.
This is just the beginning.
