How do you price your AI product today?

Hey everyone, I'm Miloš, the maker of Calcaas. We're launching here on Oct 31.

Before launch I'd love to learn from you. If you've shipped an AI product (or are about to), how did you decide what to charge?

- Did you start from token/API costs, competitors' prices, or gut feeling?

- Have you had a heavy user who cost you more than they paid?

- What's the hardest part: estimating usage, pricing image/voice/video models, or choosing credits vs. subscriptions?
