What’s the slowest part of building MVPs for you right now?

or me, backend APIs were always the bottleneck.

Design, frontend, and even auth flows were fast, but setting up servers, boilerplate APIs, and deployments would take weeks and kill momentum.

I ended up building a tool to remove that friction for myself, but now I’m questioning whether this is a personal pain or a common one.

Curious:

• What slows you down the most when building MVPs?

• Do you avoid backend-heavy ideas because of it?
