When does it start?
Put the exact start and end timestamps, including timezone, in the thread and on the event page rather than describing it as “at least four weeks.” A live countdown plus an “add to calendar” link would remove the ambiguity Josh found. If bonus weeks depend on participation or milestones, state that rule upfront too. I’d also keep the page accessible after the event with recordings, exercises, and a clear note about what no longer works, so late visitors do not mistake an expired event for an active one.
