Accountants: what slows you down most when taking on a new client?

by•

Hi everyone, I'm one of the makers of Bundle by , launching here on Monday.

We built it for accounting firms. Each client gets a private, EU-hosted environment with a web and mobile portal. Clients upload invoices and receipts, AI reads them and prepares the entries, and the accountant reviews and signs off.

Before launch day, I would like to hear from accountants and bookkeepers:

1. Where do you lose the most time with a new client: collecting documents, data entry, or reconciling bank statements?

2. What stops you from taking on more clients today?

The filings we support today follow Belgian and Lithuanian rules. Honest feedback and criticism are very welcome.
