Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Arif, co-founder of Brinix. We built Brinix because we kept running into the same problem: cloud storage is great for storing files, but terrible at helping teams actually use them. Important documents get buried, knowledge becomes fragmented, and finding the right file often takes longer than it should. With Brinix V2, we wanted to rethink storage for the AI era. Instead of treating files as static objects, Brinix turns them into searchable, AI-powered knowledge. Every folder becomes a workspace where your team can organize content, find information instantly, and collaborate more effectively. Since our first launch, we've rebuilt the platform from the ground up with: • AI-powered search and knowledge retrieval • Smarter asset organization • Faster and more intuitive workflows • Improved collaboration for teams and clients • A completely redesigned experience We'd love your honest feedback! What part of your current file management workflow frustrates you the most? Thanks for checking out Brinix

Answering your question from a niche angle: I rebuild other companies' emails, so I constantly work with brand assets, and the pain is never finding a file, it's knowing which version is the current one. Every Drive has 4 logos and only one of them is canonical. Does Brinix let teams mark a single source of truth per asset, or do versions coexist?

Thanks Alex — that’s exactly the use case we built Brinix for. Versions can coexist, but there’s always one clearly marked source of truth, so nobody has to guess which logo or file is the right one 😅.

That's the right design call: history coexists, one canonical pointer. Code solved this 20 years ago with version control, brand files are overdue. Good luck with the rest of launch day!

thanks a lot!
