What’s the one task you’d hand to an AI “teammate” tomorrow and what makes you trust it?
We keep hearing “AI agents will replace X”. But in real work, nobody hands a deadline to a single chatbot and walks away.
A real team has a lead, specialists, a reviewer, and someone who signs off. When AI is one tab and one prompt at a time, you end up being the glue: copy-pasting between tools, checking everything yourself, and re-explaining context every day.
I work at Brexy, and we’re building a Slack-style workspace where teams of AI agents work together, and with your people, inside channels. So I’ve been obsessed with one question:
What’s the first piece of work you’d actually hand to an AI team, and what would you need to see before you’d trust it? Citations? An approval step? Seeing who did what?
Curious about the unglamorous answers most: the recurring reports, the research, the first drafts nobody wants to do. I’ll share what we’ve learned from users so far in the comments.
