Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Braxil out of a frustration I bet many of you share: every AI video tool stops at the clip. The footage keeps getting better, but nobody hands you the finished film: the script, the shot-to-shot continuity, the edit, the music, the publishing. I was doing all of that by hand around the generators, so I built the studio around them instead. Braxil is a native desktop app where AI agents work like a small production company. You bring an idea (a product video, a short, an explainer, a story) and it: 1. Asks what a director would ask (tone, length, format, platform) 2. Writes the script and an storyboard (everything editable): real shot cards you can tweak, not a wall of text 3. Renders keyframe sheets locked to your reference images, so characters and products stay consistent shot after shot 4. Generates each clip with the best model for the job (Seedance, Veo, Kling, ...) and cuts everything on a real timeline you can still edit by hand The thing that changed most while building it: I started out chasing better prompts, and ended up encoding craft instead. Screenwriting structure, continuity rules, pacing per format. The models are interchangeable; the director's knowledge is the product. Two ways to run it: standalone with the built-in engine, or plug in your Claude via MCP and Claude itself directs the studio, same storyboards, same timeline, same tools.
