Hey Product Hunters, My name is Ralph, I’m the founder of BrandScanner, and I built this platform to be an all-in-one brand guardian in the AI era. As marketer, I felt traditional brand monitoring tools weren’t keeping up – they track social media or SEO, but not how AI like ChatGPT perceives your brand. We’ve all seen AI chatbots suggest competitors over the brand that actually deserved the recommendation, and even spread outdated info. Existing tools didn’t cover this AI blind spot – so we stepped in. BrandScanner automatically checks ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity (and more to come!) for misinformation or outdated facts about your business. It also analyzes sentiment, so you know if AI’s tone about your brand is positive, neutral, or needs work. No more discovering months later that a chatbot thinks your product was discontinued when it wasn’t! ⚙️ On-Page Optimization for AI: We help you make your website “AI-ready.” BrandScanner generates LLMs.txt files and FAQ/HowTo schema to guide AI crawlers on how to interact with your site (think of it like SEO, but for ChatGPT-style engines). This way, when AI tools scan your content, they find exactly what they need to recommend you. 🛡️ Classic Brand Protection: Yes – we’ve got the basics covered too. Companies have been juggling separate tools for SEO, social listening, brand safety, and now AI – but BrandScanner aims to combine all of them! I launched a soft beta in early August with a handful of users, and their feedback has been incredible. One beta user discovered an unknown competitor was being suggested by AI assistants more often than their own brand – a blind spot they closed using our insights! Another caught an old leadership name still floating around in AI responses.
