Botract - No-code Telegram bot builder

by
Botract is a no-code platform for building and managing Telegram bots with a visual drag-and-drop editor. Create custom commands, automate responses, capture leads, and connect your bot to tools like Zapier or Google Sheets without writing code. Designed for community managers, small businesses, and creators who want to automate interactions and workflows directly inside Telegram.

Hi everyone 👋 Botract started from a simple frustration: managing Telegram communities and customer conversations manually takes more time than it should. Welcoming new members, answering repetitive questions, verifying users, collecting information... it quickly becomes overwhelming, especially for small teams. Most existing solutions either required coding knowledge or relied on stitching together multiple tools. We wanted to create something simpler: a visual, structured way to build Telegram bots without writing code. During development, our focus shifted from “bot builder” to “automation for real use cases.” Instead of just letting users create commands, we worked on making flows easier to design, edit, and connect to external tools like Google Sheets or Zapier. I'm launching Botract in beta to learn from early users and improve it based on real workflows. I’d love to hear how you’re currently using Telegram and what you wish you could automate more easily. Thanks for checking it out.

Cool concept, I've been building something similar for website embeds (AI chatbots agencies can white-label for clients). Curious: are you seeing demand from agencies wanting to manage multiple client bots from one dashboard, or is it mostly individual creators using it?

Hey Cesurhan,

Thanks for the question. We haven’t had agencies on board yet, but we’re starting to see interest from people managing multiple Telegram communities. We’re thinking about multi-client dashboards and white-label features (these are part of the roadmap) to make it easier for agencies to handle multiple bots. Would love to hear how you manage multiple client bots and what features you think would be most useful in such a tool.
Looking forward to your thoughts :)

Hey @luiscc, thanks for the thoughtful reply!

We actually built exactly this, TalkBuildr lets agencies manage multiple client chatbots from one dashboard, each with their own knowledge base, branding, and embed code. The features agencies care about most (from what we've seen building it):

1. Per-client branding — each bot matches the client's site colors/logo

2. Usage tracking per client — so you know who to bill what

3. One-click embed — clients just paste a script tag, done

4. Knowledge base per bot — FAQ, docs, PDFs unique to each client

The multi-community angle for Telegram is interesting — similar pattern, different channel. If you ever want to compare notes on the dashboard UX side, happy to chat.

Best of luck with the launch!
