We built Botme to do more than answer questions and here's what that actually means:

Most AI support chatbots stop at Q&A. Customer asks a question, bot answers, conversation ends.

That always felt like a missed opportunity to us.

So we built what we call Superpowers. A set of actions your agent can take inside the conversation, not just words it can say.

Here's what's available today:

🗓️ CALENDAR BOOKING

Customer asks "can I schedule a call?" and the agent offers real available time slots, collects their details, and creates the calendar event automatically. No scheduling links. No back-and-forth emails. Done.

🛍️ PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS

Sync your WooCommerce catalog and the agent recommends relevant products with images, pricing, and buy links right inside the chat. Support conversations become sales conversations.

📊 LEAD CAPTURE

When a visitor shows buying intent, a name + email form appears naturally in the chat. No popups. No interruptions. Your sales team gets a warm lead without the visitor ever leaving the conversation.

🔗 CUSTOM ACTIONS

Buttons that trigger at exactly the right moment. Open a page, start a call, draft an email, show a form. You describe when to use it, the agent decides when the moment is right.

The philosophy behind all of this: a support agent shouldn't just inform. It should move things forward.
