Hi PH! I'm Davor, founder of Boostr. We built it because recognition programs fail for one boring reason: they live in a separate tool nobody opens. Boostr puts shout-outs where work already happens β Teams and Slack. Install takes minutes, and adoption is instant because there's nothing new to learn. Would love your feedback, and I'm here all day answering questions.

Finally tried this with my team in Slack and the kudos cards actually got people responding instead of just emoji reacting. Nice that it lives right in the chat without another tab to babysit.

One thing that would make Boostr even better is a monthly digest or recap that shows each person's recognition history, including how often they've been recognized and in what areas. It would help people see their growth and contributions over time, and give managers useful context for performance conversations.
