Boop Chat was created with the mobile experience in mind. From the very first day, the aim was to bring as much native gestures and behaviors into it as possible. Chatting is one of the most frequent activities that we do, and thus the experience as to be on par with what we are used to. All efforts have been put in to make the in-browser experience itself as beautiful and smooth as possible, but you can have a "taste" of the full native experience by installing Boop Chat as a web app (Progressive Web App, PWA) into your device. The "Install web app" button on settings can be used to install the app, and there is always a help article to help those who are stuck here.
We love the web because it connects us with people we wouldn't otherwise be able to. Talking with people who have different perspectives and worldviews is what makes life more exciting.
Unfortunately, the existing platforms are not tailored for mobile interfaces, are difficult to use, and are full of intrusive ads.
Boop Chat aims to provide the same level of experience as native chatting apps, minus the interruptions, plus the peace, times the freedom from just your browser.
