Transcription and summaries happen locally, with no bots joining your calls, no subscription and no data uploaded. Ask AI about past meetings, dictate into any app, organize notes by people and folders, import your notes from Granola, and connect your own AI model if you prefer.
Requires macOS 26 on Apple Silicon.

Glad you included a reminder to tell people the call is being recorded. Removing the meeting bot makes that easier to forget.

We are also working on a video watermark feature to make it more obvious that the call is being recorded. Hopefully we can include it in the upcoming update soon!

We're working on making this seamless by using a recording watermark, plus an automatic chat message sent to the meeting so all participants know notes are being taken. Stay tuned for the next update!
A free, local AI notetaker with automatic speaker recognition? Seriously? Apps like this usually cost quite a bit—MacWhisper alone is over €60. Can't wait to give it a try!

everyone deserves a great notetaker, and price shouldn't get in the way. So the core stays free and runs locally on your device. If you want more, you can choose to connect a supported AI agent, but that's up to you.
