We built bonds because of two things happening in our group chats at once: we were running fitness challenges with friends over iMessage and WhatsApp (photos of the gym, someone keeping the tally by hand, the whole thing dying by week two), and those same friends had started building artifacts/light webapps in Claude and ChatGPT and pasting the links into the chat to share a tracker, a poll, a trip split.

Apps made in a minute, shared in a chat that had no idea they existed. If AI can build software on demand, and our lives already live in group chats, the chat itself should be where the software appears. Not a link someone pastes. Not a bot. So we built the messenger we'd invent today.

Here's how it works:

1. Chat with your friends like always
2. When the chat needs an app, the AI generates it right there — say "30 days of gym, who's in?" and the chat gets a challenge: check in with a photo, the streak updates for everyone, the AI nudges whoever goes quiet
3. It's shared software: one live state for the whole chat, native on iOS, zero setup

We're starting with fitness challenges because that's where "let's do this" dies fastest in a normal chat. Built by three friends who've been shipping together for over 10 years, no employees, we write the code ourselves. iOS, free, live today, and still early — rough edges included.
