Bitácora - Construction management for architecture studios in LATAM

by•
Architecture studios and builders in LATAM run their sites on Excel, notebooks and WhatsApp, and find out a project went over budget or behind schedule when it's too late. Bitácora puts every site in one place: budget vs. actual spend and margin, a schedule that shows where each task slipped, supplier orders with automatic delay tracking, stage approvals sent to the client, and a sales pipeline. Used by 80 studios. Interface in Spanish.

Hey Product Hunt 👋

I'm Lautaro, founder of ArquiNet, a marketing agency that works with architecture studios and construction companies across Latin America. After working with 30+ of them, I kept seeing the same thing: projects managed across Excel files, notebooks and endless WhatsApp chats. Nobody knew the real margin of a project until it was over, and delays only showed up when the client was already upset.

So I built Bitácora.

What it does:

• Budget vs. actual spend per project, with margin and cost overruns flagged

• A schedule that shows exactly where and when each task slipped, not just that it's "late"

• Supplier orders tracked from quote to delivery, with automatic delay detection

• Stage approvals: one click sends the client the completed tasks and photos to approve

• Site visit logs and a full sales pipeline, from quote sent to project won or lost

Today 80 studios use it. The interface is in Spanish since it's built for the LATAM market.

I'd love your feedback, especially if you've worked in construction or with teams that run projects in the field. What would you want to see next?
