I chose this idea because I kept seeing the same recurring problem for our clients at Beyond Creator Inc.: local business owners knew reviews mattered, but answering them, understanding feedback and asking customers for reviews kept getting pushed behind serving customers, managing staff and solving daily problems.
I started Beyond Review to handle recurring reputation work and give owners a manager they can talk to: someone who helps them understand feedback, deal with important issues and work toward clear goals.
Users manage their connected Google Business Profiles through WhatsApp or our web dashboard. Users can complete onboarding and manage their Google reputation in one conversation with an AI manager. On WhatsApp, the AI manager sends messages when new reviews arrive. Auto mode publishes customized replies in the business's voice; hybrid mode lets users select which star ratings need approval, such as reviews with one or two stars. For these reviews, the AI manager works with the user to understand the feedback and prepare a response, then waits for confirmation before posting. Users can discuss rating goals, request changes to their Google Business Profiles or ask for advice based on analytics in the same conversation. WhatsApp is the main interface; the web dashboard offers the same features and AI manager controls in a standard web app.
