Why most sports tracking apps fail (and why I built a spreadsheet killer)

by•

Hey PH Community! 👋

Most tools in the sports tracking space fall into two categories:

  1. Bloated, manual Excel spreadsheets that break every time you want to aggregate multi-market data or track drawdown.

  2. Tipster/Pick-selling platforms that focus on hype rather than serious quantitative metrics.

I wanted a fast, developer-grade alternative. A clean dashboard focused purely on bankroll health, risk calculators, and automated variance analytics without the noise.

For anyone here who manages quantitative portfolios, tracks sports metrics, or analyzes bankrolls:

  • What's your biggest headache with tracking performance in spreadsheets?

  • Which metrics matter most to you when evaluating long-term edge?

Would love to hear your thoughts and approaches! 🚀
