We rebuilt BeatATS around an 11-layer Career Intelligence engine — would love your take
Quick backstory: BeatATS started as an ATS checker. Simple premise — upload your resume, get a score, fix keywords. But the more we talked to job seekers, the more we heard the same frustration: "Okay, I have a 78% ATS score. Why am I still not getting interviews?"
A score doesn't answer that. So we scrapped the "checker" mental model entirely and rebuilt BeatATS as a full Career Intelligence Platform — 11 layers deep:
Career DNA — what actually makes your candidacy unique
ATS Intelligence — real parsing logic, not just keyword counting
Recruiter Consensus — simulates how a hiring team would actually read your resume
Hidden Talent Discovery — surfaces skills you have but aren't selling
Skill & Career Gap Mapping — shows exactly what's missing for your target role
Interview Forecast — predicts the questions you're likely to get asked
Resume Optimization — tuned per role, not generic
Career Memory + Evolution Tracking — learns across your job search over time
Executive Career Report — ties it all into one clear picture
Genuinely curious to hear from this community:
If you're job hunting right now — what's the most frustrating part of the "black box" between applying and getting rejected?
If you've used Jobscan, Teal, Rezi, or similar — what do they get right that we should make sure we don't lose?
Recruiters/hiring managers here — does "Recruiter Consensus" sound like something that'd actually mirror how you evaluate resumes, or are we missing something?
Not trying to sell — genuinely want to stress-test this with people who live the problem. Fire away. 🙏
