Battle PAC is a registered Super PAC presenting a new concept to the political fundraising landscape: a winner-take-all fundraising battle. The candidate with the most money raised at the end of the fundraising period will have the total sum raised by all candidates spent in support of their candidacy.

In a crowded political landscape, traditional fundraising poses some problems. Long tail candidates will struggle to raise funds on the scale of more established front-runners. Additionally, donating directly to a candidate or candidate Super PAC who then drops out means you no longer know how those funds will be deployed. With Battle PAC, donations to any candidate in a contest are ultimately funneled to the winner of the contest. Additionally, the new winner-take-all fundraising concept allows all candidates to compete directly for the benefit of all funds raised, representing a unique opportunity to leverage donations. Battle PAC is fully registered with the US government and is strictly non-partisan. Our FEC consultants and payment processor partners have been vetted for neutrality, and all donations and expenditures from the PAC will be public record through quarterly reporting to the Federal Election Commission.
