One year ago, BaronNotary started with a simple goal: make digital asset settlements secure, transparent, and trustless. Since our first launch, we've rebuilt and expanded the protocol significantly. Today BaronNotary includes: • AI-powered Risk Engine • Non-custodial OTC Settlement • Merchant Payment Infrastructure • AI-to-AI ecosystem foundations • BNoT ecosystem • Solana-powered high-speed settlement This second launch reflects everything we've built over the past year. We're still at the beginning of our journey, and we'd truly appreciate your feedback, questions, and support. Thank you for being part of it.

Settling OTC trades through smart contracts instead of trusting a middleman is a solid use case, and running it on Solana keeps things fast. Curious how it handles disputes if something goes sideways mid-trade.

 Thanks for your question, Debra.

Security was our primary design goal from day one.

BaronNotary is built around a non-custodial escrow architecture, where neither party nor BaronNotary ever takes custody of user funds. Assets remain protected by on-chain program logic until all predefined settlement conditions are satisfied.

We also use an atomic settlement model, meaning either the entire settlement completes successfully or nothing is executed. This eliminates partial execution risk and prevents one party from receiving assets while the other does not.

To improve execution reliability on Solana, transactions are optimized with Jito bundle support, helping reduce failed executions and improving inclusion during periods of network congestion.

On top of that, every settlement is protected by:

• On-chain verification before release
• Time-locks and automatic expiration rules
• Cryptographic validation of settlement states
• AI-powered Risk Engine for transaction and wallet analysis

Our objective isn't simply to make OTC trading faster—it's to provide institutional-grade settlement infrastructure that is transparent, verifiable, and trust-minimized.

Thanks for taking the time to explore BaronNotary and for the thoughtful question!

settling an OTC trade without trusting the other side is genuinely useful, the Solana speed makes the whole flow feel snappy compared to escrows I've used before.

Thank you, Burcu! We believe trust shouldn't rely on intermediaries. Our goal is to make OTC settlement faster, safer, and fully non-custodial while leveraging Solana's speed and low transaction costs. We appreciate your support!
