AZ-FIVE MicroTools - Focused self-hosted tools for small business workflows

Hi Product Hunt — I built AZ-FIVE MicroTools because small teams often need one focused workflow improvement, not another large SaaS suite and another monthly subscription. The first five tools cover client file requests, structured forms, resumable project checklists, version-specific approvals and privacy-friendly link statistics. Each tool is a small self-hosted PHP application with its own installer, documentation and source code. Customer and application data stay on the buyer's server. The deliberate trade-off is scope: these are not all-in-one platforms. They solve one recurring problem clearly and can be adapted when a team's workflow differs. I would especially value feedback on which workflow is most painful for small agencies and freelancers, and what information you would need before trusting a self-hosted tool from a small vendor.
