What YouTube channels do you learn from — and how do you retain it?

I'm building Ayuti because I had a specific frustration: I follow great YouTube channels for learning — technical deep dives, founder interviews, research breakdowns — and I kept losing the knowledge a week later.

So I built a tool that monitors channels and emails you a structured PDF summary every time a new video drops. No YouTube, no rabbit holes. Just the insight, delivered.

I'm curious: what do you actually do today to retain what you learn from YouTube?

Do you take notes? Rewatch? Just accept the loss? Or have you found something that works?
