So far GitKraken’s DevEx platform provides GitKraken Desktop users & GitLens users the ability to automatically generate commit messages with AI; plus AI security controls for teams to enable/disable this feature for their entire organization. Additionally, GitLens users can take advantage of AI commit explanations using AI models like Anthropic, Open AI, Google Gemini, etc. We're thinking a lot about what's next in the realm of incorporating AI to reduce deadheaded work for devs so they can spend more time building & innovating.
