The problem: As a solopreneur, the emails that stall me aren’t the easy ones. They’re the awkward ones — chasing payment, pushing back on scope, saying no to a “quick favour”, or ending a client relationship without making it weird. I’d open a blank draft, overthink the tone, and put it off.
