I'm a solo software engineer, and I've spent the last 1.5 years building AutomationGini: a platform that lets agencies stop pitching AI products with slide decks and start showing local businesses a live, personalized demo instead — a real voice call, a working chatbot, a mockup website, built for that exact business, before anyone asks for a sale.

The problem I kept seeing: agencies selling AI to local businesses (plumbers, dentists, roofers, you name it) all hit the same wall — the pitch never lands because the business can't picture the AI actually working for them. So the platform automates the whole path: find the business → auto-generate a personalized demo → convert to a paid build, all in one place.
