Built a tool to stop stitching together 5 SaaS subscriptions for every client

by

I run into the same wall every time I onboard a new agency client: a website builder, a separate chatbot tool, Calendly, and some CRM, none of which talk to each other, all billed separately.

I ended up building AutomationGini to collapse that into one dashboard — client site, a support/booking chatbot with actual Calendly integration, and a lightweight CRM, one login instead of five.

It's live today (not a waitlist), but I'm more interested in how other agency folks here have handled this — did you consolidate onto one platform, build your own internal tooling, or just accept the tool sprawl as the cost of doing business? Genuinely curious what's worked (or hasn't) for people running client-services shops.
