Hello! I’m Marcin, and this is my first launch on ProductHunt. Let me tell you how Auditork can help your company earn more. It’s essentially a sales and marketing tool aimed at improving communication with your customers. Isn’t that the most crucial aspect of sales? :) As you know, relationships are key in business. It’s important for customers to feel cared for and to know they’re in good hands. We want the contact persons in your company to be as approachable, friendly, and pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, we can’t always control this, especially when you have 20+ employees making 40+ calls a day and writing 75+ emails daily. Over a month, that adds up to an enormous amount of communication, impossible for one person to monitor. That’s why we created Auditork. In the company where I currently work, one of my professional duties is to audit customer communication. I analyzed phone calls and emails to advise my colleagues on how they could make customers more inclined to use our services. But this process took too long, and I couldn’t analyze everything… so I came up with the idea for Auditork, which I’m now developing in partnership with my employer. After implementing this solution in our company, we didn’t miss a single interaction where an employee was less than pleasant. Reports and summaries allowed us to pinpoint areas for improvement, helping us know what to train for, focus on, and pay attention to. The result? A 24% increase in the number of regular customers - and that’s just in the first three months of using the program. So, yes... the app interface is still under construction, but I’m already excited to help businesses and their employees grow.
