Hi there, I'm Jake and I work on the Atlassian Statuspage team as a Customer Success Manager. Many of our customers ask us for advice on how to communicate during incidents. The nature of incidents means you're often communicating about something that's not working as expected, and you might be communicating with hundreds or thousands of people. That's stressful!
