Atlas 2.0 - A calm planner for your tasks and your focus

by•
Atlas 2.0 is rebuilt around two things: your tasks and your focus. Notes and Journal are gone, so what's left does one job well. Agenda shows one day at a time with the week right above. Tags became Projects, each with its own color. Say a task out loud and on-device AI turns it into a clean one. Focus sessions can block distracting apps, play ambient sound and end with an image to share. A Sunday reminder helps you plan the week. Private by design, with no third-party analytics.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Adriano, the solo developer behind Atlas. Atlas started as an everything app: tasks, notes, a journal and a focus timer in one place. Over time I noticed that what people (and I) actually opened it for every day was two things: deciding what to do, and then actually doing it. Everything else was getting in the way. So 2.0 is a cut, not an addition: • Notes and Journal are retired. What stays is tasks and focus. • The Agenda shows one day at a time, with the week right above it. • Tags became Projects, each with its own color and what's next one tap away. • Quick capture by voice: say "call the dentist tomorrow at 3" and on-device AI turns it into a clean task. Nothing leaves your phone. • Focus sessions can block distracting apps, play ambient sound, run as Pomodoro rounds, and end with a summary you can share to Stories. • A gentle Sunday evening reminder to plan the week ahead. Atlas is free to use. Atlas Premium ($4.99/month or $39.99/year, 7-day free trial) unlocks app blocking and a few deeper features. No ads, no third-party analytics. If you used Notes or Journal before, your entries weren't deleted. You can still export them from the app. I'd love to hear what you think, especially what would make your daily planning feel calmer. I'll be here all day answering questions.
