Journey of Astroscroll in 14 days. from zero to 98 users <3 Thank you for the support

Two weeks ago I launched AstroScroll (AI astrology that forces every reading to name a specific planet + date window — vagueness is structurally blocked).

What worked: 94 signups, first paying subscriber in beta launch, all from PH + LinkedIn + word of mouth.

What's broken: free users burn their 3 readings, love them (completion rate is high), and then... nothing. Paywall clicks: zero.

My hypotheses:
(a) 3 free readings fully scratches the itch,
(b) ₹299/month is a commitment ask before habit forms,
(c) my paywall copy sells "more readings" when it should sell "your next window."

Solo founder, brutal feedback welcome. What would you test first?
