Local AI gateway for Claude Code, Codex & Gemini CLI

I kept juggling Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI — each with its own config file, its own provider, and no idea what I was spending. So I built Astra Gate: a gateway that runs on 127.0.0.1.

What it does:

• One-click take-over of Codex / Claude Code / Gemini CLI configs (backed up, restorable anytime)

• Protocol conversion between OpenAI Chat, Responses, Anthropic Messages and Gemini — use DeepSeek in Claude Code, Claude in Codex

• Per-request token & cost tracking in local SQLite

• Privacy guardrails: API keys, emails and internal hosts are detected and redacted before a request leaves your machine

• 20+ provider templates incl. OpenRouter, Ollama, LM Studio

No cloud account, keys encrypted at rest, MIT licensed.
