TravelPal - AI that answers guests at 2 AM and sells the late checkout

It also knows your guests: it builds a profile of each one from what they write, times upsells to the stay, and when a past guest books again it says welcome back and remembers the last stay. One $60 late checkout sold while your team sleeps covers that unit's fee for two months, with $10 left over. It has been live on 144 vacation rental units in Miami Beach since August 2026, run by a Miami property management company. In one six-day window in September it sold 8 upsells for $558.79, paid by card, with no human touching the conversation. The price is flat: no onboarding fee, no commission on upsells, no message caps. Complaints and refund requests stop the AI and alert a person, and questions it cannot answer are held for your team.
