I teamed up with Don Vandervort, founder of HomeTips and one of the most trusted voices in home improvement, to bring his 30+ years of DIY expertise into the world of AI. Generic Gen-AI like ChatGPT often gives unsafe or unreliable advice for home repairs - so we built an MCP-based knowledge hub that makes Don’s vetted guides, diagrams, and safety instructions Gen-AI-ready. It's designed for anyone building AI assistants in retail, insurance, or property management, where accuracy and trust really matter. I built the MCP server and tools myself - you can plug it directly into your chatbot or LLM setup.
