ASHLESS - A stop-smoking app built with no-code technology

Ashless is our second mobile application, created for people who want to reduce or quit smoking but do not need another moralizing app based on fear, guilt or pressure. Our goal was to build a modern and engaging tool that shows users the real benefits of changing this habit: smoke-free days, money saved, progress, motivation, and positive health and lifestyle effects. As ambitious creators, we decided to build Ashless using no-code technology and AI-supported tools for product development, content creation, communication and brand building. Despite having no traditional coding background, we managed to independently achieve all key technical and product goals: app configuration, subscription system, payments, AdMob ads, premium features and the basic monetization structure. Ashless is based on a simple idea: instead of telling users “you have to quit,” we show them what they can gain. The app helps users track their daily progress, strengthen motivation and build a sense of control. We want users to clearly see the effects of their decision — how much money they save, how many days they have stayed smoke-free and what benefits come from reducing or quitting smoking. The project also stands out through its strong brand world. We created Ash — a dramatic cigarette character representing the old habit — and Mania, who represents planning, energy and positive change. This allows Ashless to communicate a difficult topic in a light, modern and engaging way, especially across social media. We are proud that, as a small team, we have been able to create a product that not only has business potential, but can also genuinely support people who want to change their lives and see the benefits of reducing or quitting smoking.
