What shipped in the last three weeks, and what I'm nervous about

Writing this down before tomorrow so I can be held to it.

The last three weeks were almost entirely the boring half. Making the same prompt land in the same place twice. Making the model picker say why it swapped instead of swapping silently. Making a Look load the whole recipe in one click rather than most of it. None of that demos well and all of it is the difference between a tool and a toy.

We go live in a few hours and the part I'm nervous about isn't the six studios

Arteza is scheduled for tomorrow morning. Most of the last month went into the unglamorous part, keeping a face and a voice recognisably the same when a piece moves from the image studio into video and then into an avatar, because that handoff is exactly where a six-tool workflow falls apart today.

The thing I'm nervous about is the 111 one click apps. A handful I use every week and trust, the rest I've tested but never lived in, and the failure I expect isn't a crash, it's an app returning something plausible and slightly wrong that nobody bothers to report. If you hit one of those, tell me which app and what you expected. That's the feedback I can actually act on.

Arteza - One studio for AI image, video, voice, music and avatars

AI creative work dies in the handoff. You make an image in one tool, animate it in another, write the voiceover in a third, and by then the face has changed. Arteza puts it in one place. Six studios for image, video, voice, music, avatars and editing. 111 one-click apps. 22 tools. 30+ models including Seedream 5.0 Pro, Veo 3.1 and Seedance 2.0 in 4K. Tell Arto what you want and it picks the model and runs it. Or start from a Look and one click loads the recipe. Free to start. 31 languages.
